All our properties are fully furnished and include a kitchen or kitchenette with full size cooker, (unless stated in the property description) fridge, heating and comfortable beds with blankets or duvets. All have a bathroom or shower room and toilet.They are also fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery, crockery, glassware, tableware and
cooking utensils for the number of persons to be accommodated.

Holiday Changeovers
Most bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday, although - may vary with Short Breaks. In order that your property can be thoroughly cleaned and checked, occupancy is not available until 3p.m. on the day of arrival and you should vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of your depart.

Linen
Check whether All linen and towels is provided or Bed linen only is provided.  If no linen is provided you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths.  Where linen is provided our bed linen available for hire, don't forget to order this on your booking form.  The weekly hire charges are £6 per single/£10 per double bed.  Please note no cot linen is provided.

Fuel
Details of fuel for heating are shown in each property's facilities section. Most include fuel in the price, however, where the ­property features an open fire/woodburning stove only an initial supply of fuel is provided, unless it clearly states that no fuel is provided. Further supplies may be purchased direct from the owner or locally.

Cots and High Chairs
Please check the property details to see if a cot and/or high chair are available. To avoid disappointment please clearly state you requirements at the time of booking.

Distance from the Coast
Any property within 40 miles of the coast is indicated with the approximate mileage.

Shops, Pubs and Restaurants
Where these are stated as being nearby, this means they are within 1 mile of the property.

Pets Welcome - FREE OF CHARGE!
Many of our properties accept pets and where they do so at least one pet is welcome free of charge. A few properties charge for additional pets. Where a charge is applicable it is only £10 per pet per booking.

Gardens
Most properties have gardens and this is confirmed in the facilities section, however, gardens are only enclosed where stated.

Car Parking
Private parking facilities are provided only at properties where mentioned in the facilities section. However, where no mention made, in a rural location there is normally nearby parking on the road adjacent to the property or in the village or town car park.

People with Disabilities
Throughout the website we have a number of properties which are suitable for people with some disabilities. They have at least one ground floor bedroom and bathroom and have no, or very few, internal or external steps. For wheelchair users a few of our properties have been adapted and equipped to suit your needs, these are:
